Making a purchase could not be easier. Either use the Boilie Configurator to create your own boilie or browse our catalogue, and click on "Order" for any items that you wish to buy and put them into your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
All prices include VAT @17.5%
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch.
Orders are delivered to the cardholders address only. All purchases will be sent on one of our courier services.

We will phone you to arrange a convenient delivery date for baits that are rolled to order. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that they are available to receive their orders on the agreed date, particularly for "freezer" baits, which are delivered fresh, ready to be frozen.
We will only send freezer bait if you accept full responsibility accepting delivery at the pre-arranged time. We therefore advise you to time your order carefully, ensuring the parcel can be signed for and frozen immediately. Please take these factors into consideration when placing your order as we are unable to accept responsibility for the condition or usability of freezer bait that could not be delivered because no-one was available to sign for the delivery on the arranged day. Therefore, we are not able to reimburse you if you are not happy with its condition when it is finally delivered.
We aim to despatch orders from the ready-made ranges on the same day if we receive the order before noon, subject to availability.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you decide to cancel, any money taken from your card will be refunded immediately.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included on our prices where it is applicable.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The check-out pages are stored on a secure https server.
The Boilie Factory does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
The Supplier or its Content suppliers may make improvements or changes to the Website, the content, or to any of the goods, at any time and without advance notice. The Buyer is advised that content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
The Supplier gives no warranty and makes no representation, express or implied, as to: the adequacy or appropriateness of the Goods for your purpose, the accuracy of any information given on the Website, any implied warranty or condition as to merchantability or fitness of the Goods for a particular purpose except where the Buyer is a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 section 12) when the Supplier's liability shall be restricted to the full extent permitted by law, compatibility of the Website with your equipment software or telecommunications connection, compliance with any law, non-infringement of any right.
The Website may contain links to other Internet web sites. The Supplier has neither power nor control over any such web site. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Supplier shall not be liable in any way for the content of any such linked web site, nor for any loss or damage arising from the Buyer's use of any such web site.
The Supplier is not liable in any circumstances for special, indirect or consequential loss or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data or loss of revenues or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Buyer’s use of the Website or the purchase of Goods.
In any claim against the Supplier, the Supplier's liability is limited to the value of the goods the Buyer has purchased in the contract which is the subject of the dispute
